Product Overview
Carmen Croteau was born in Chile and came to Canada more than a decade ago. She arrived in Victoria and now resides in Brentwood Bay. Her inspiration comes from beautiful people from around the world. She uses bright colors in pastels that find their origin in the colorful hues of her native Chile. Now semi retired, she divides her time between spoiling her grandchildren and painting.
