Denis Donnelly is a multi-instrumentalist and choir director whose music has taken him to the US as well as Ireland and Japan. Lanny Pollett was for many years professor of flute at the University of Victoria’s School of Music. Denis and Lanny play a repertoire largely from the British Isles but mix it with tunes from other parts of the world as well. Together they may be best known in Victoria for their annual and well-attended “Musical Meditation” performances which began on Millennium New Year’s day and have run continuously every January first, except for the two years of the pandemic, to the present.

On May 27th at 7:30pm, Denis and Lanny present a diverse musical journey, with songs, tunes, and stories that will keep the audience enthralled.
