Part of our Singer-Songwriter series, composer and performer Robbie Hancock's music has been featured in many films, TV series and documentaries. Robbie plays with a level of skill, emotion and surprising vulnerability which makes for a memorable evening of stories and music.

Part of a large musical family from Nanaimo, John's songs often chronicle island history: thoughtful and evocative stories with an ample measure of irrelevent humour thrown in to make for superb musical evening. For this house concert John wil be joined by two special musical guests: daughter Jena and her partner Eric.

Originally from Great Britain, M. Morgan Warren now lives and maintains a working Studio on Pender Island, B.C. Through her highly detailed, realistic watercolours of birds and animals, she strives to give viewers of her work a special glimpse into the hidden lives of her subjects. During the last thirty-five years she has made an in depth study of the fauna and flora of this region, recording her observations in hundreds of photographs, studies, and notes.
