Product Overview
Nick and Kathryn are a husband and wife team, who photograph and explore the world through their cameras together. Their love for wildlife is the theme for this show. Nicks’ love for photography was rekindled in 2014 when he partially retired and now he seeks to tell his stories about nature, wildlife, landscape, & street photography. He has a particular affinity for black and white photography in all genres.
Recently he achieved a Proficient level of certification (PPSA) with the Photographic Society of America.. Nick provides mentorship in all his areas interest via our camera club, The Victoria Camera Club, as well as other online platforms. “I get enormous joy being able to share my knowledge with fellow photographers.”
Kathryn is a long-time fine artist who has added photography to her interests. Her current style marries her photography with her art, textures and painted backgrounds, creating hybrid images. For her the tablet is a powerful tool which allows her a creative freedom to combine her traditional art skills with digital technology.
Both Kathryn and Nick have had their work accepted into worldwide competitions and salons. They are proud owners of Gold, Silver and Bronze medals as well as Merit and Honourable Mention Ribbons for their fine art photography.
